Suriya injured

An injury on the sets of '7am Arivu' has stopped Suriya from attending the premiere of 'Raththa Charithiram 2' in Malaysia. The actor has been advised by doctors to take rest for few days, we learn.
According to sources, an action scene was being shot for the A R Murugadoss-directed venture when the incident took place. "The injury is at the end of the spinal cord," circles close to Suriya say.
"Following this, Suriya is in complete rest now. Through his manager, the actor has informed ‘Raththa Charithiram’ director Ram Gopal Varma that he could not make it to the premiere," sources maintain.
Saying that Suriya very much wanted to go to Malaysia to attend the special show and to meet his fans there, sources add: "But fate had other plans. The injury has played spoilsport."

Vijay's Kaavalan in trouble again

Ilayathalapthy Vijay is in trouble again! Recently, Tamil Nadu theatre owners and distributors unanimously decided to demand refund of a portion of the amounts they invested in Vijay's 50th film Sura, since it bombed at the box office.

Now, since the actor has failed to fulfill this demand of the theatres owners, the Tamil Nadu Theatre Owners' Association has decided to boycott  his forthcoming film Kaavalan until an amicable settlement is reached. According to the theatre owners, Vijay has to pay 30% of the loss suffered by theatres, which approximately works out to Rs. 3 crores.

Vijay's Kaavalan, directed by Siddique, is scheduled for a worldwide release on December 24, 2010.

Heidi Montag blames late doctor for plastic surgery

Heidi Montag, who infamously underwent 10 cosmetic surgeries in one day, has blamed her late surgeon Dr Frank Ryan for her addiction to the procedures. She now claims she did not feel 'prepared enough' for the procedures.

“Maybe I should have known. 'But how can you know when your doctor's saying, ‘It's just a little of this, it's just a little of that?’ You know, it really becomes a lot,” the Daily Mail quoted the former Hills star as telling on the show ‘Celebrity Plastic Surgery Gone Too Far?’

“I definitely think I should have been way more informed. I think that doctors should really walk you through all aspects of it, not just the glamorous side of it. Doctors, it's like they're selling you cookies or something,” Montag added.

Frank Ryan passed away in August from head injuries after his Jeep tipped over the side of Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu. Back then, a shocked Heidi actually paid tribute to her doctor and tweeted that he was the most amazing person she ever met.

However, now she has clearly changed her tune saying that she felt like she was 'hit by a truck' following her ten procedures.
